<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and reliability of the punch location inspection of a card and to automate an inspection process. <P>SOLUTION: A prepaid card sheet S forwarded to a prescribed location of a press is punched by a metallic mold for punch for every unit number of card part 2 arranged in a line. By picking up the image of the grid-shaped null part 3 which is scrapped after all the cards are punched by this punch with a camera and electrically performing an image processing for the video obtained from this camera in an image processing circuit, the location deviation of the punch hole 2a after a card part is punched is detected by defining a plurality of register marks M1-M8 printed on the grid-shaped null part 3. By feeding back the location deviation amount and the direction of the punch hole detected in the image processing circuit to the positioning actuator part and the NC control part of the press, the set location of prepaid card sheet in the press is automatically corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
