<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a means which ensures the normal transmission of the control information to a telephone from a packet exchange, by storing the conversion speed information on each A/D converter which converts a digital into an analog signal and controlling the time interval for transmission of the control information to the telephone according to said conversion speed information. CONSTITUTION:The conversion speed information TD1-TDm on vocoders V1- Vm added to store telephones A1-Am are stored to a memory MEM set within a packet exchange PS. When the exchange PS transmits the control information D1-Dn to a telephone A1, a central processor CPU refers to the information TD1 corresponding to the telephone A1 before extraction of the information D1-Dn cut ot the MEM and extracts successively the information D1-Dn out of the MEM at a time interval corresponding to the information TD1. These extracted information are sent to the vocoder V1 via a circuit correspondece device LCT1. The V1 converts successively the information D1-Dn sent from the exchange PS into analog forms and transmits them to the telephone A1.</p> |
