<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device requiring only tiny amounts of samples and capable of fractionating a substance separated in liquid easily. <P>SOLUTION: This separation/fractionation device is characterized by comprising at least one electrophoretic flow path, a delivery nozzle communicating with one end of the flow path, an electrophoretic means which electrophoreses substances in fluid, which migrate through the flow path, to the delivery nozzle at different speeds dependent on the electrophoretic properties of the individual substances, and a delivery means which discharges droplets of the fluid from the discharge nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
