SCREENING METHOD OF GLYCOSAMINOGLYCAN BONDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means for screening a glycosaminoglycan bonding material.

SOLUTION: A screening method of the glycosaminoglycan bonding material uses a fat bonding glycosaminoglycan having fat bonded to the glycosaminoglycan for a glycosaminoglycan bonding material acquisition material, and has processes (1), (2). In the process (1), the glycosaminoglycan bonding material in a specimen and a fat bonding glycosaminoglycan complex is brought into contacts. In the process (2), a complex of the glycosaminoglycan bonding material and the fat bonding glycosaminoglycan generated by the contact is detected.
