<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in use by locking the turning of a handle in the state of causing no looseness. <P>SOLUTION: This handle device includes: a shaft member 4 fitted to a fixed side member 3; a movable body 5 fitted to the shaft member 4 in the state of restricting the axial movement and rotate round the shaft member 4 accompanying the turning of the handle; and a locking member 6 fitted to the shaft member 4 to be movable in the axial direction in the state of restricting rotation. The handle device further includes: a locking mechanism 12 formed in an area where the movable body 5 and the locking member 6 are opposite to each other to lock the rotation of the movable body 5 by axial movement of the locking member 6 to be engaged in closely adhering state with the movable body; and a slide member 7 fitted to the shaft member 4 to be movable in the axial direction and entering between the shaft member 4 and the locking member 6 by the axial movement to closely adhere to the shaft member 4 and the locking member 6. The handle device further includes an unlocking mechanism 8 having a release lever 24 for unlocking the locking mechanism 12 and adapted to retreat the slide member 7 from the closely adhering state by the operation to the releasing lever 24 and then retreating the locking member 6 in the direction of releasing engagement of the locking mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
