PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrary control a rotational direction and a transmission gear ratio between an input shaft and an output shaft disposed on the same axis. SOLUTION: A ball joint 28 has a disc part 28c brought into contact with: at a point a, a first cone face 19a disposed to the input shaft 15; at a point b, a second cone face 24a disposed to a ring member 24 rotatably supported by a housing 11; and at a point c, a spherical surface 20 disposed to the output shaft 18. A ball point part 28a of the rotor 28 is supported by a slider 25 through a ball bearing 29. The slider 25 is supported by the housing 11 through an actuator 27 to be slidable in an axis L direction. When the rotor 28 swings around the ball joint part 28a to change positions of the points a, b, c, rotations of the input shaft 15 is shifted, and then transmitted through the first cone face 19a, the rotor 28, and the spherical surface 30, to the output shaft 17 in the same direction or in an opposite direction.
