PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook fried eggs which are not only generally round but also variously and pleasantly shaped like flower, heart, bird, fish and the like in a short period of time and to take out the fried eggs without deforming them while utilizing a microwave oven. SOLUTION: Though it is generally thought that the fried egg can not be made in the microwave oven since it explodes, but when the yolk of an egg is pored in several points with a toothpick or a heating time is carefully kept, explosion of the egg does not occur. A groove 2 in a various form such as flower or heart is dug on a plate-like bottom 1 of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene through microwaves and an object to fit a cylinder 3 in the same form as the groove is prepared, so that the fried eggs in the various forms can be cooked in a short period of time and easily taken out without being deformed. Further, in order to fix the position of the yolk, a smooth recess 4 is prepared on the bottom to stabilize the yolk and in order to reduce the number of appliances, a bottom plate is shared.
