PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time required for water boiling and a consumption of electricity from a commercial power source. SOLUTION: Water heating by a second heating means 12 besides a first heating means 11 brings about the water heating by a heating capacity exceeding a rated power. Therefore, the time required for water heating is reduced by the amount of heat of the second heating means 12. The reduction of the time reduces the consumption of electricity from the commercial power source 21. The heat is retained by the first heating means 11 utilizing the commercial power source 21 or the second heating means 12 utilizing a charging battery 5 as a power source. Accordingly, the temperature of hot water is promptly reduced to a desired temperature when retaining the heat, and the consumption of the power from the commercial power source 21 is reduced.
