PURPOSE: A real-time management system controlling a computer in a remote place by using a cellular phone is provided to make a manager not familiar with the computer understand a use status of the computer conveniently and easily in the remote place by organically connecting the computer, the cellular phone, and an ARS(Automatic Response Service). CONSTITUTION: An SMS(Short Message Service) module(27) makes the manager inform a state of the management target computer through the cellular phone. A data processing module(21) processes data and exchanges a message in real-time between the cellular phone and the computer. A dialog module(28) processes the information for a text and a voice operated by the cellular phone. An ARS module(30) makes a member control the management target computer through the key operation of the cellular phone by receiving a voice instruction through a telephone network. A web module(22) and a billing module(29) offer a customer service and manage the operation. A contents database(23) is equipped with the information for managing various contents provided through the web. A billing database(24) stores the billing information.
