PURPOSE: A device for selecting a network line by using an IP packet is provided to automatically select an Internet line or a dedicated line to be connected with an unmanned automatic system from a remote place or an adjacent place, thereby easily expanding a service coverage of the unmanned automatic system. CONSTITUTION: An LAN card portion(10) receives an IP packet from a remote kiosk(100-1). A network command analyzer(20) analyzes the received IP packet, and extracts line selection information of a user. An RS-232 command analyzer(40) analyzes a line selection command from an adjacent kiosk(100-2), and confirms line selection information. A line selection control and trigger portion(30) generates a switching control signal according to the line selection information of the network command analyzer(20) and the RS-232 command analyzer(40). A line selection switching portion(50) connects a corresponding line only by the control signal, and cuts off other lines.
