PURPOSE: A method and a system for a debit coupon using a magnetic card based on the Internet are provided to reissue the debit coupon only with a missing report of a customer by issuing a gift certificate with use of a magnetic card, and use the remainder remained after use together with a charged price. CONSTITUTION: A member shop managing engine(A01) manages a member shop for buying an article or a service using the magnetic card. A member shop expense managing(A02) engine manages the sales expense caused by the purchase of the article/service by using the magnetic card. A customer managing engine manages(A03) the customer buying the article/service by using the magnetic card. A card issuing engine(A04) issues the magnetic card to the customer. A point charging engine(A05) charges a point corresponding to the sale price when the card is sold to the customer, and charges a portion of the purchase price when the customer buys the article/service. A card selling engine(A06) charges the point by linking with the point charging engine and manages the card information of the customers. A data storing engine(A11) stores/searches/deletes/modifies the data processed by respective engines.
