PURPOSE: An L-shaped side ditch drainage system for preventing water from being collected in the road of the soft ground is provided to drain collected rainwater in an asphalt pavement layer sunk by overloaded vehicles. CONSTITUTION: In the L-shaped side ditch drainage system for preventing water from being collected in the road of the soft ground, a drainage hole(310) and a saw-toothed part(340) are formed on a L-shaped side ditch(300) close to a roadway(100) to improve the adhesive strength with the ground, a U-shaped groove(350) is formed on the backside of the L-shaped side ditch(300) to place aggregate(400), and a connecting pipe(500) is connected to the U-shaped groove(350), then to a vertical drainpipe(600) installed to the lower part of a footway(200) to drain off the rainwater of a roadway(100) to a U-shaped groove(350) through a drainage hole(310) and to drain off the rainwater drained to the C-shaped groove(350) by the connecting pipe(500) to the vertical drainpipe(600).
