PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for biologically eliminating malodor which increases contact between odorous gas and microorganisms by installing an porous air pack between media layers and improves treatment efficiency according to concentration change of malodorous gas by installing a microbial culture medium, thereby supplying activated microorganisms to the media layers. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus (100) for biologically eliminating malodor comprising an ordinary deodorizing device (110) in which at least one or more media layers (120) equipped with porous media (D) are formed, a duct (150), a water circulating water tank (160), a microbial culture medium (170), a water circulating pump (180), a chemical storage tank (140) and a local control panel (190), the apparatus further comprises a porous air pack (200) comprising a plate box which is installed under the media layers, on upper and lower surfaces of which porous holes are perforated, and in which air stream plates are installed to prevent clogging phenomena by securing a certain air stream space between the media layers and maximizing area of contact between microorganisms and odorous gas, and air nozzles and air pipes formed in the plate box with being connected to an external blower (250) to flow in an external air when pressure is dropped in the media layers; and a humidifier (300) which is connected to the duct so that odorous gas flows in the humidifier, in which upper and lower air stream plates formed of aluminum are installed in such a way that the respective upper and lower air stream plates have gaps that are different from each other to generate pressure difference between the upper and lower air stream plates, into which circulating water of the water circulating pump is sprayed so that malodorous gas maintains a proper moisture content, and which is maintained to a proper temperature by an external heating cable to emit malodorous gas to the deodorizing device.
