It is intended to provide ethyl (-)-2-[4-[2-[[(1S,2R)-2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-methylethyl]amino]ethyl -2,5-dimethylphenoxy]acetate hydrochloride, which has excellent effects of stimulating adrenaline receptor and treating urinary frequency and urinary incontinence and a high storage stability and is practically usable as drugs, crystals thereof and medicinal compositions containing the same.
