A water engine providing increase of effectiveness of water flow in rivers and channels use includes support plate on which without possibility of motion vertical axle is fixed, and rings forming circular guide for the wheels. At the axles of the wheels additional rings are placed, on those stands are mounted. On the stands upper place is fixed, with rigidly mounted on it pipe with conical toothedwheel. On the plate, by means of feet, beams with rollers at the ends are fixed. In the places of feet fixation on beams stands are fixed, at the ends of those vertical and horizontal pins with threading are fixed. In width of beams rods are welded, with threading at the ends. The pins at the stands and the rods on beams are connected with slats. At free ends of beams vertical stands are installed, those have slots at lower end. In the slots with possibility of turn working blades, spherical in shape, are installed. At the convex surfaces of bales rollers are mounted, those roll over circular surface installed concentrically with respect to vertical axis.
