PURPOSE: A hair iron for a straight perm is provided to easily set the degree of horizontality and parallel of a heating member by finely up and down controlling the high and low of the end of the heating member directly touched to the hair, thereby improving the productivity and a user's reliance on the product. CONSTITUTION: The hair iron for a straight perm comprises a control case(40) being non-conductive fixed on the rear of the heating member(30) with the heater; a hinge projection portion(41) projected on the front end of the control case(40) for being inserted into a hinge groove portion(12) formed in the front end of the rod cases(10,10'); a heater(20); and a nut portion(42) provided on the rear end of the control case(41) for being locked with a control screw(50) engaged through a penetrating hole of the rod cases(10,10') to rotate a head portion(51) of the control screw(50) so that the control case(40) and the rear end of the heating member(30) as fixed are controlled up and down to be high or low.
