PURPOSE: A device for visualizing and operating a 3-dimensional object under network environment is provided to remove a rendering process and a model fabrication process, thereby visualizing or dealing with a 3-dimensional object in real time through a network by using a general PC as a client. CONSTITUTION: A turn table firmly locates a photographed target object in an upper part, and rotates at predetermined rotative angle by responding to a turn table control signal. A camera photographs an image of the photographed target object. A camera position controlling device supports the camera such that the camera can rise or fall to photograph the target object by responding to the control signal, and maintains a distance between the target object and the camera. At least one motor rotates the turn table, and moves the camera. An image manager supplies the control signal, and generates a 3-dimensional image of the target object by using images from the camera. |
