PURPOSE: A far infrared acupressure machine with an improved, simple structure is provided to generate acupressure effects and far infrared rays and thus, to prevent various kinds of diseases and yield therapeutic effects. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared acupressure machine(100) includes a supporting pipe bar(10), a handle(20) formed on one end of the supporting pipe bar(10), a compressing object(30) formed on the other end of the supporting pipe bar(10), and a far infrared radiation object installed inside the compressing object(30) and for radiating emitting far infrared rays. One end of the handle(20) is a handle unit(11) and the other end of the handle(20) is a direction changing unit(12). Also, acupressure bumps(21) are formed on the handle(20). The compressing object(30) is composed of a cover(31) and a main body(33) with a compressing projection(32) at the end.
