PURPOSE: A white emission controller of a diesel engine and a method thereof are provided to secure the durability and the reliability of exhaust components and to offer the productivity and the stability by automatically turning off the starting of an engine through a fuel isolation control when a diesel vehicle is idled for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A long idle status of a vehicle is checked by status information to be detected during a starting. In deciding as the long idle status, the starting of an engine is turned off through the isolation of fuel. In passing certain time after the starting of the engine, an ignition-on contact is switched to an off contact. Thereby, the corrosion of components in an exhaust device is prevented by eliminating a generation of white emission previously.
