PURPOSE: A B2B(Business to Business) business model for putting an offline circulation system to practical use is provided to enhance a success ratio for sales by directly providing goods information to a customer, and minimize a goods development expense of a B2B businessman by making the businessman receiving the goods in the first B2B commercial transaction develop the next B2B business. CONSTITUTION: The B2B businessman connects to his own B2B shopping mall by inputting a name and a password. The first B2B supplier inputs a supplying price to the first B2B demander, and registers/cancels the first B2B demander and the lower businessman. The first B2B demander confirms the supplying price inputted from the first B2B supplier, inputs the supplying price for the second B2B demander, and registers/cancels the second B2B demander and the lower businessman. The second B2B demander confirms the supplying price inputted from the second B2B supplier, inputs the supplying price for the next B2B demander, and registers/cancels the next B2B demander and the lower businessman.
