摘要 PURPOSE: An electroluminescence display device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device are provided to prevent an oxidation of a seed layer when a metal oxide is formed into a film. CONSTITUTION: An electroluminescence display device comprises a first electrode(111), a function layer(110) including a light emitting layer(110b), and a second electrode(12) made of a metal oxide. The first electrode, the function layer, and the second electrode are sequentially stacked on a substrate(2). The second electrode has an oxygen density changeable in a film thickness direction. The oxygen density around an interface between the second electrode and the function layer is lower than the average oxygen density in the second electrode.
