MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION BY USING LIQUID AND FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An automatic transmission used as a manual transmission by using liquid and a four-wheel drive apparatus are provided to shift rotational force of an engine automatically by controlling inflow of liquid pressed in a rotary pump into the liquid rotor with changing rpm of a shaft according to operation of the liquid rotor, and to transmit power securely with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transmission used as a manual transmission includes a rotary pump(31) rotating by power of an engine of a vehicle and pressing and discharging liquid; liquid rotors(32-36) connected to a shaft driving rear wheels in parallel; a pipe(30) recovering liquid pressed in the rotary pump through the liquid rotors; plural multistage liquid selection valves(1-16) installed in the pipe to regulate flow of liquid into the liquid rotors; a shift adjusting oil pressure gauge(60) sensing pressure of liquid flowing through the pipe; and an electronic control unit opening and closing the selection valves by detecting hydraulic pressure of the shift adjusting oil pressure gauge and manual operation of a shift lever.
