PURPOSE: A heat pump system is provided to carry out the cooling and heating functions in a place not mounted with an indoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system includes a condensing unit(20) having first and second condensers(22,23) respectively mounted between a compressor(2) and a 4-way valve(3), and to a receiving tank(9) of a hot water heating circuit(28) via a bypass conduit(21). A hot water heating circuit(28) and a storage tank(34) are mounted to the condensing unit. The hot water heating circuit is connected to a second heat exchanger(44) and an evaporator(38), for carrying out the heating/cooling in any places not mounted with an indoor heat exchanger. Heating circulation water circulating the hot water heating circuit is preheated by hot water for use, so that the heating hot water is heated up to a high temperature.
