PURPOSE: A rope net rock-ribbed fishing reef having an improved structure is provided to improve endurance of the fishing reef against typhoons or tidal waves or storms and thus, to more effectively protect fish and sea plants within the fishing reef. CONSTITUTION: The rope net rock-ribbed fishing reef includes unit net plates(2) in 30-40cm, and natural rocks(5) being 40-50cm in diameter. More particularly, the unit net plates(2) are tied with a 2-5cm long net rope made of PP resin. Two net plates(2,2a) are set in 'T' configuration, and the natural rocks(5) are layered at the central part of the net plate(2). A fastening rope(5) is also used to form the net plates(2,2a) in a pouch shape. The surfaces of the rocks(5), the net rope and the fastening rope(4) are all recessed, so that sea plants are easily adhered thereto.
