PURPOSE: A method for managing a process state, and a recording medium and a data processing system thereof are provided to minimize a processing delay caused by storing and recovering an architected state in response to an interrupt. CONSTITUTION: An MP(Multi-Processor) data processing system(201) includes processing units(200a-200n) combined for communication by an interconnecting part(222). The processing unit is a singular IC super scalar processor, and includes other function units formed by various executing units, registers, buffers, memories, and the ICs. Each processing unit is combined to each system memory(118a-118n) by a high bandwidth personal bus(116). The processing unit includes an ISU(Instruction Sequencing Unit)(202) containing a logic to fetch/schedule/issue instructions executed by the executing unit(204).
