PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a polyolefin resin-based decorative sheet slight in staining during its production process, slight in bleeding in undergoing a time-lapse/heat-run test, good in adhesion to a printing layer, clear topcoating film layer and substrate sheet, and slight in weathering additive bleeding. SOLUTION: This monolayer or multilayer decorative sheet, subjected to decorative treatment, is made from a polyolefin resin composition obtained by incorporating 100 pts. wt. of a polyolefin resin with 0.1-5.0 pt(s). wt. of a triaryl triazine derivative of formula(1)( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an isooctyl group ) and as necessary, 0.1-5.0 pt(s). wt. of an ethylene-cyclic aminovinyl compound copolymer.
