FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should detect glucose level in biological object as patient's saliva. Saliva sampling should be conducted after oral glucose-tolerant test conducted for 10 min, moreover, at detecting glucose level in the sample being below 0.3 mM/l one should diagnose tissue insulin-resistance.
