<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption/decryption system which can keep important information safely and can protect private information, prevent unauthorized access thereto and secure fairness, and also to provide an encryption/decryption method and an encryption/decryption program. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a standard time receiver 1100 for receiving a standard time, a time management device 1200 for managing time, and an encryption/decryption device 1500 for confirming a specified time upon decryption and for performing decrypting operation. The encryption and an encryption time are managed to encrypt important information. The encrypted information is saved for a predetermined period. Since the information can be decrypted only when it comes a predetermined time, the protection of private information, prevention of unauthorized access thereto and secured fairness can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
