PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary member of a small joystick from being deformed while maintaining an engagement performance between an operation shaft of an operating member and a shaft hole of the rotary member even when a user operates the joystick violently . SOLUTION: Expansion parts 33, 33 are formed on both the sides of operation shafts 31, 31 of an an operation stick 28 arranged in the small joystick 20 so as to be reached to a range corresponding to the slot range of a slot 27 formed on a lower arm 23 and the operation stick 28 is formed so as to rotate like a seesaw while sliding along both inwall surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the slot 27.
