PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to detect the execution of any incorrect bus access in a power saving mode by a CPU for controlling an information processor. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a CPU and a plurality of functional blocks to be operated in response to the supply of a clock signal. This information processor is also provided with a control circuit for making the functional blocks accessible from the CPU, a mode changing means for changing an operation mode and an interruption request generating means for carrying out the output of an interruption request signal to the CPU when the CPU performs access to the functional blocks to which any clock signal is not supplied.
