<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface air conditioning structure that does not generate deviation in indoor temperature, facilitates construction with less labor, can be constructed even in a place or facility where floor heating is not allowed, and can keep suitable humidity in a room throughout a year without using separate facility equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning structure uses an air conditioner 1 where a water flow passage 4 is formed in the substantially whole front surface of a panel 2 using a metal plate 3 or the like, a water cooler/heater 5 for cooling or heating water makes the cooled or heated water flow to the water flow passage 4, and the heat from the water flow passage 4 is transmitted planely.
