<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point processing system capable of effectively utilizing accumulated points by widening an exchange object range of the accumulated points having monetary value. <P>SOLUTION: The point processing system is provided with a point management means, an exchange value conversion means for converting points instructed by a point acquirer into an exchange value for exchange with a new stock reservation right, and a new stock reservation right management means for managing the new stock reservation right. It is characterized by that the new stock reservation right management means has an application management part applying for exchange with a new stock reservation right of each company on the basis of an instruction from the point acquirer and managing application information per each new stock reservation right, and a new stock reservation right conversion executing part receiving allottee information of new stock reservation rights determined by each company, receiving the exchange value equivalent to exchange with the new stock reservation right of the point acquirer who will be an allottee from the exchange value conversion means, and exchanging the exchange value and the new stock reservation right. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
