<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating condition supervising apparatus for environment measuring systems, an operating condition supervising system therefor, a method of supervising the operating condition, and program therefor, which can constitute a commission system adding highly reliable metered rate system for a lease contract. <P>SOLUTION: In this apparatus 100, a receiving means 106a receives through communication network environment condition data at a measuring point detected by an environment measuring system 200 and identification data which identifies the environment measuring system 200 and the users. An environment condition data analyzing means 101a creates report data concerning the environment condition at the measuring point by analyzing the received environment condition data, and a use commission calculating means 101b calculates use commission of the environment measuring system 200 about the environment measuring system 200 or the user identified by the identification data according to the analysis quantity of environment condition data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
