PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclining and rotating table device capable of securing enhanced indexing accuracy of an inclined angle of a table surface of a rotating table. SOLUTION: A first V-shaped groove 34 is directly formed on a shaft body 20 provided on a support base 14 along a perpendicular direction with respect to the rotating table 12 of the rotating table device 10 having a rotating axis of the rotating table 12 rotatably supported on the support base 14 along its rotating direction. A base 18 rotatably supporting the rotating table device 10 has a second V-shaped groove 32 opposing the first V-shaped groove 34. A cross roller bearing 31 is structured by providing a plurality of rolling bodies 26, which are placed in contact with the V-shaped grooves 32 and 34 and are capable of rolling therebetween, between the shaft body 20 and the base 18, and arranging a rolling axis of the rolling body 26 perpendicular to that of the adjacent rolling body 26 respectively.
