PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of improving the reliability of structures of TFTs (Thin-Film Transistors) used for a high-voltage driving circuit by optimizing these structures in a liquid crystal display device equipped with an active matrix substrate provided with such driving circuit in which the high-voltage driving circuit and the low-voltage driving circuit coexist. SOLUTION: The offset length of the TFTs driven at 12V by level shifters 85 and 89 among the TFTs of the offset gate structures constituting the driving circuits 82 and 83 of the active matrix substrate of the liquid crystal display device is made longer than the offset length of the other TFTs driven at 5V so as to assure the reliability thereof.
