PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor having low impedance characteristics and high withstand voltage characteristics of 100 V class as well as good moisture resistance and good high-temperature life characteristics. SOLUTION: This electrolytic capacitor uses an electrolytic solution for electrolytic capacitor containing an aluminum tetrafluoride salt and has a sealing structure composed of a material having low moisture permeability selected from among rubber, polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide, polypropylene, epoxy resin, etc. Consequently, the electrolytic capacitor having the low impedance characteristics and high withstand voltage characteristics as well as the good high-temperature life characteristics and a good moisture-resistant characteristics can be provided.
