<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasty whale meat processed food product suitable as a snack( simple relish or afternoon snack ). <P>SOLUTION: The whale meat-combined dainty 40 as a whale meat product is so constructed that a mating food material such as cheese pieces 32 is integratedly combined with seasoned whale meat pieces 30 with a moisture contetn of 30-60 wt.%( preferably 40-45 wt.% ). Therefore, when eaten, this food product affords moderate chewiness, spreading the deliciousness peculiar to whale meat and that of the mating food material throughout the mouth and enjoying synergistic taste deepness by mingling both of the deliciousnesses together.
