RED PEPPER SEED OIL AND USE OF THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide red pepper seed oil for solving uncomfortable flavor without losing spicy components derived from red pepper seeds and the vivid red color and applicable for various purposes and to provide formulated oil using the red pepper seed oil.

SOLUTION: The red pepper seed oil is obtained by removing odorous components from compressed oil obtained by compressing red pepper seeds through applying the compressed oil to a distilling means, especially decompression steam distillation which is performed under distillation conditions of a degree of vacuum about of ≤10 torr and water vapour content to blow into about of ≤10% and at about 120°C-about 200°C for about 10 min-about 60 min.
