PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual form connecting structure usable for defining a surface of a concrete structure, and harmonizable with a natural environment without decoratively finishing the surface, and without impairing an aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This residual form 10 has a plurality of recessed parts 14 mutually regularly arranged on the surface of a panel. The respective recessed parts 14 are formed so as to gradually expand toward the surface of the panel, and so that the lowest part 14d is positioned inside an opening part in a using state. A through-hole 14a penetrating up to the panel reverse is arranged in a part of the recessed parts, and a projecting installing member 30 is also provided toward the inside to be inserted from the panel surface side into the recessed parts for constituting the through-hole. A bolt screw 32 is inserted into the through-hole via the installing member, and is threadedly engaged with a nut 34 on the panel reverse side via an installing hole of an installing plate 31.
