PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel manufacturing apparatus for a pressed flower sealing article which has as simple a constitution as possible and which is easy to operate and excellent in safety and also facilitates maintenance. SOLUTION: The pressed flower sealing article is constituted by sealing a pressed flower article with a molten resin. The manufacturing apparatus of the pressed flower sealing article has (A) a press lower platen part which is equipped with a support board having openings provided for suction under reduced pressure and with a porous plate or a porous sheet whereon raw materials for the pressed flower sealing article are placed and (B) a press upper platen part which is brought into contact from above with the raw materials or pressed thereon through the medium of an elastic sheet. Moreover, heaters are fitted to the press lower platen part (A) and the press upper platen part (B) and these parts can be operated independently for a temperature rise by a temperature controller, while at least either one of the parts (A) and (B) is made capable of pressing the other by a mechanism for vertical motions. Besides, a mechanism for suction and pressure reduction which puts the raw materials and the circumference thereof under a reduced pressure on the occasion of pressing, is provided.
