SUBSTANCE: one should study mouth liquid, moreover, after rinsing the mouth with bidistilled water at the quantity of 50 ml for 5 min one should apply mouth liquid into a dry clean polyethylene tube at the quantity of 2.0 ml to be introduced into a cuvette, and according to the signal of atomic absorption of calcium and strontium elements one should detect the coefficient of Ca to Sr ratio in mouth liquid corresponding to its information value before the moment of achieving the diagnostic threshold of 1298.0, that is: at the value being below 1298.0 it is possible to predict odontogenic adenophlegmon, and at the value being above 1298.0 - odontogenic osteophlegmon.
