<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device capable of easily keeping the game balance while taking the strategy into consideration by automatically varying game elements according to external factors. <P>SOLUTION: A server 23 interrelates uncontrollable external factors and controllable game elements first, and stores them as element information. In this case, the element information is the information storing the rate of variation of the game elements based on the external factors for defining the game balance. Accordingly, the game balance can be arbitrarily defined by storing the element information interrelating the external factors and the game elements. Further, the server 23 recognizes the variation of the external factors in the process of a game, and varies the game elements based on the variation of the external factors and the previously stored element information.
