<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic wastewater treatment apparatus for enabling continuous treatment even if an abnormal state is yielded in an anaerobic digestion tank. <P>SOLUTION: The organic wastewater treatment apparatus uses two anaerobic digestion tanks A and B same in system each of which has a structure for introducing water to be treated comprising organic wastewater into the lower part of each anaerobic digestion tank and discharging treated water from the upper part thereof and is constituted so that a plurality of contact filter media 7 formed into a lump or aggregate shape having an expanse in a lateral direction are laterally arranged at a constant interval so as to be partially superposed one upon another up and down over one or more stages. A first valve 20 is connected across an inflow part 3 and the inflow port of the first anaerobic digestion tank A while a second valve 21 is connected across the outflow port of the first tank A and a coupling pipe 26. A third valve 22 is connected across the coupling pipe 26 and the inflow port of the second anaerobic digestion tank B and a fourth valve 23 is connected across the outflow port of the second tank B and the inflow port of an aerobic treatment tank C. A fifth valve 24 is connected across the inflow part 3 and the coupling pipe 26 and a sixth valve 25 is connected across the coupling pipe 26 and the aerobic treatment tank C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
