PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an full-closed operation of a regenerative blower, and to improve cooling effect of a bearing. SOLUTION: Rotation of a main shaft 3 of an electric motor rotates an impeller 4 of a blower part 2 to make a plurality of blades 5 create wind, and the wind is boosted in a boost passage 9 of a casing 8. Heat is generated from the blower part 2 by adiabatic compression and friction, and is transferred to increase a temperature of the electric motor 1 or a bearing 25. In this case, since an electric motor part is full-closed type, air does not flow from the electric motor 1 and the blower part 2 into the bearing 25. The heat transferred from the blower part 2 is not cooled and is transferred to the bearing 25 in a thermally-saturated stationary state. By providing a bypass 26 to a casing 8 passing through a suction port 24 of the blower part 2 and the inside of the casing 8 to utilize a suction force of the blower part 2, outside air passes from a ventilation passage 27 through an outside air blowout port 28 and the bypass 26 to the suction port 24, as shown in an arrow in the figure.
