PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drainage equipment and a drainage method capable of simply draining generated spring water or the like surely even at a narrow construction site and on the ground of sandy soil in engineering works or the like having a small scale. SOLUTION: An end connection 2 connected through a water-absorbing driving means 7 and a mounting pipe 8 is formed to one side section of a body 1 in which the inside is formed in a cavity shape, a water-absorbing hole 3 is formed to the other side section of the body 1 and a reticulate foreign-substance removing member 4 is installed so as to cover the outside section of the water-absorbing hole in the body while a supporter 5 projected from the water-absorbing hole and pierced into a ground is mounted on the water-absorbing hole side in the body.
