PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server type broadcast system capable of reliably eliminating unnecessary contents among stored contents even when defective reception due to a meteorological condition or power failure of a receiver or the like takes place.

SOLUTION: A transmitter transmits a list of objects not to be deleted 11 for registering contents information with respect to contents of a service object at present, and the receiver deletes stored contents not registered in the non-deletion object list 11 among stored contents 12.
