PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which can increase items that a user can set while suppressing an increase in cost. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is equipped with a custom setting switch 12 as a 1st operation member, a focusing ring 12 which is used for photographing operation and can be driven by an actuator, an index window 14 as a display means of displaying the state of a 2nd operation member, and a mode changeover switch 11 as an operation mode setting means of setting an operation mode including a custom mode. When the custom mode is selected with the mode changeover switch 11, setting contents of the custom mode can be selected with the custom setting switch 12 and the focusing ring 12 is driven by the actuator to operate to display the setting contents of a selected item.
