PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce low frequency component noise generated in a logic circuit. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device 1 is provided with a higher potential side power supply circuit 2 for generating higher potential side internal power VDD at a certain voltage level from externally input higher potential side external power VCC, and a lower potential side power supply circuit 3 for generating lower potential side internal power VSS at a certain voltage level from externally input lower potential side external power GND. The signal level of input/output between a logic block 4 and an I/O part 5 is converted by a level shifter unit 6. The logic block 4 is operated by the higher potential side internal power VDD and the lower potential side internal power VSS, so that inductance in the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1 does not directly undergo the variation of a consumption current in terms of a DC. Thus, the characteristic impedance of the power becomes equivalently smaller and low frequency noise can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
