PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which can be used as a monitoring camera. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal with a camera function on which a camera is equipped is provided with a monitoring camera mode for allowing the mobile terminal as a monitoring camera as a operation mode. The mobile terminal is also provided with a first means for operating the camera when the camera is in a monitoring camera state and determining whether or not an image has movement on the basis of an image obtained from the camera, and a second means for transferring the image picked up by the camera to the other predetermined terminal when it is determined that the image has movement in the monitoring camera mode.
