PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for generating image deformation information capable of improving the accuracy of deformation information, reducing a calculation amount for finding the deformation information and realizing high-speed processing in the case of generating the deformation information from a reference image which is a reference in continuous images inputted in time series. SOLUTION: The image deformation information generation device 1 extracts straight lines similar in Hough space to a reference straight line on a reference image previously set by a reference straight line setting part 2 as candidate straight lines from intra-image straight lines of an input image which is detected by a straight line detection part 3. A matching rate calculation part 5 calculates a matching rate between the reference straight line and each candidate straight line on the basis of a Hough parameter and a deformation information determination part 6 specifies a moving straight line moved from the reference straight line out of the candidate straight lines on the basis of respective matching rates and determines deformation information from the reference straight line to the moving straight line as deformation information from the reference image to the input image.
